The aforementioned Conditions will be applicable regardless of the General Conditions of Contract that in their case are mandatory.

USE OF THE PORTALwww.normagrup.com provides access to information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA or its licensors to which the USER may have access.

The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that is necessary to access certain services or content. In this registration, the USER will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.

As a consequence of this registration, the USER can be provided with a password for which he will be responsible, committing to make diligent and confidential use of it. The USER commits to make appropriate use of the contents and services that NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA  can offer through its portal and by way of example but not limited to use them to (i) incur in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or violating human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA , its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage; (iv) try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.

NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA   reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, public order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication.

In any case, NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTYNORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA on its own or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), ownership of NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA or its licensors. All rights reserved.

IP ADDRESSESThe website's servers will be able to automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet.

MODIFICATIONSNORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA reserves the right to carry out without prior notice the modifications it deems appropriate in its portal, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

LINKSIn the event that links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are available on the website, NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA will not exercise any type of control over said sites and contents.

GENERALITIESNORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA will pursue the breach of these conditions, as well as any improper use of its portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions that it may correspond to by law.

MODIFICATION OF THESE CONDITIONS AND DURATIONNORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA may at any time modify the conditions determined herein, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by a different duly published set of conditions.

SAFETYThe website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms, all in order to prevent unauthorized access to data. To achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purposes of the corresponding authentication of the access controls.

Any contracting process that involves the introduction of high personal data (health, ideology...) will always be transmitted by a secure communication protocol (https://,...), in such a way that no third party has access to the information transmitted electronically.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTIONThe relationship between NORMAGRUP TECHNOLOGY SA and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any dispute will be submitted to the corresponding Courts and Tribunals.
